Senior Creative

Soula is now looking to recruit a Senior Creative with at least 5 years experience to head up their creative department.

You will be the pivotal member within our organisation therefore being responsible for a team of Web Designers along with maintaining W3C standards throughout the full life cycle of client projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and motivated individual to join the company at this senior position. You will be responsible for helping to create fresh new concepts for clients as well as strengthening our company brand and assisting with new business acquisition.

The right candidate will have hands on experience of Photoshop and Illustrator as well as solid knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML and CSS. You will also have a strong agency background with an award winning portfolio and brand list to match. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good team organisational skills complimented by exceptional communication throughout.

You will also be able to showcase a diverse portfolio of projects however these must be projects that you have solely been involved with from a design and creative perspective.
