Back to Work
After a few days of relaxing and eating mince pies we are back in the office preparing our client sites for January sales and the New Year rush.We hope everyone had a great Christmas this year, internet businesses were in the spotlight momentarily this festive season with British shoppers racking up an estimated £14bn¹ online in an attempt to avoid the hassles of high street shopping such as full car parks and crowded town centres. A separate survey² suggested that nearly 90% of consumers purchased a few presents online with over 60% using the web to purchase half or more of their gifts.
It’s easy to see just how powerful a shopping tool the internet has become and Soula is proud to have helped a whole selection of different businesses take a portion of the profits already.

The Soula Team Grows Again!
Hello everyone and welcome to the first December post on the Soula blog.We are firmly set into the festive spirit here in the Soula offices and the Christmas tree and lights are all up. We are quite proud of how restrained it looks, just a touch of tinsel and a few little blue lights twinkling away.
Christmas has in fact come early for Soula as we welcome two great new members of staff into our growing team.
Firstly we are happy to say that Ray Pigott has joined our development team.
Ray is a very talented and experienced ASP and .NET web developer and he will be working hard alongside our creative manager and design team to continuously improve our E-Commerce and CMS systems to be tweaked individually for each of our valued web design clients providing them with a perfect bespoke solution just as they imagined it.
We know that Ray’s input in the team will make a massive difference and we can’t wait to start development on some of the exciting projects that Soula has up it’s sleeve for the New Year.
Secondly we welcome super talented web designer Przemyslaw Bembnista to our fold.
Przemyslaw is an extremely talented designer who we have recruited to help keep Soula a head above the competition in design talent and customer satisfaction. He has already achieved amazing things and we are extremely excited about what he will be able to do in the future by working alongside our already strong team.
His speciality strengths lie is CSS/HTML web development which he is proud to hand code to W3C standards. He is also extremely competent with Flash designs and animation software and this will shine through in his dynamic and sleek web designs.
Soula has been climbing from strength to strength since it’s launch earlier this year and the rapid expansion of our staff base is just additional proof that the wheels really are turning here at the Soula offices. Our friendly, honest business partnership approach has been very popular with many of our clients commenting on how much more flexible and accommodating we are in comparison to their previous Web design agencies.
We will always keep this philosophy close to heart as we prepare ourselves for a full year of continued expansion for Soula.
