Online Advertising Manager / Digital Advertising Manager

Soula is now looking to recruit an online/digital advertising manager with experience within pay per click, social media and display advertising. You should have at least 5 years experience within the industry and have results to prove your previous successes.

Job role:

 

In short – you are responsible for delivering the results the client expects and then some more through online advertising.  You will work closely with the client, Account Executive and our creative team to ensure that your online advertising efforts have the best chance of success.

You are responsible for the decisions which are made on your campaigns and you are also accountable for the results that your campaigns provide. You work directly with the client and manage your budget to achieve a positive ROI for the client and profitability for Soula.

 

Skill set required:

The ideal candidate should have a good level of knowledge and been involved in every area of the online advertising. This includes:

 

The candidate will be client facing and therefore should have experience in a client facing role which includes reporting their results to a client.

Although not essential, additional online advertising experience with classified advertising, Digg manipulation and similar are looked on favourably. If you have used paid techniques to get traffic to a clients website successfully, then these are the skills we are looking for.

Interview Process:

The interview process is designed to allow you to demonstrate your complete skill set and to ensure that we recruit only the best potential talent in the industry.

You will be invited to an initial interview with a member of the Executive Management Team for Soula. The aim of this interview is for you to see what we are about and for us to get to know you.

Your interview will include:

We would advise that you allow at least 1 hour and 30 minutes for the initial interview, do your research on our company, research the latest trends in online marketing mix and turn up on time.

If you are successful you will be invited to second interview. In this second interview you will be asked to present your online advertising plan for a particular client. If you are lucky enough to make it to this interview stage you will be provided with further information at the time.

This completes the interview process. You will be informed of our decision promptly, usually within 48 hours.
