Marketing Executive / Account Manager
Soula is currently looking for a new account executive to head up newly acquired clients within their account management department. Your job role would include:
In short – you are responsible for delivering the results the client expects and then some more. You decide how you are going to achieve this and you have the resources and funding around you to make your ideas come to life. You work directly with the client and manage your budget to achieve a positive ROI for the client and profitability for Soula. Achieve this and your rewarded handsomely.
Skill set required:
The ideal candidate should have a good level of knowledge and been involved in every area of the online marketing mix. This includes:
The candidate will be client facing and therefore should have experience in a client facing role which included presenting and reporting to clients.
Although not essential, additional skills in online testing, traffic analysis, online pr, copywriting, functional specification writing and competitor benchmarking will be looked upon positively.

Management positions within Soula will naturally become available as we continue to grow. Interview Process:
The interview process is designed to allow you to demonstrate your complete skill set and to ensure that we recruit only the best potential talent in the industry.
You will be invited to an initial interview with a member of the Executive Management Team for Soula. The aim of this interview is for you to see what we are about and for us to get to know you.
Your interview will include:
We would advise that you allow at least 3 hours for the initial interview, do your research on our company, research the latest trends in online marketing mix and turn up on time.
If you are successful you will be invited to second interview. In this second interview you will be asked to present your marketing ideas on achieving results on a key client account. If you are lucky enough to make it to this interview stage you will be provided with further information at the time.
This completes the interview process. You will be informed of our decision promptly, usually within 48 hours.
